JERSEY CITY, NJ-Citigroup Inc. has signed a lease for seven years with the LeFrak Organization for an office space measuring 46,000 square feet at 480 Washington Blvd. in Jersey City near the Hudson River waterfront. The firm is planning to occupy the new office space on July 1.
