ORLANDO-XL Soccer World Orlando, LLC has acquired a sports facility measuring 44,213 square feet at 825 Courtland St. in Orlando from Maitland Court Three LLC. The old Orlando Fitness & Racquet Club property will serve as the second international location.
XL Soccer Tours, the parent company, and XL Travel Ltd, the sister company, will have offices in the Orlando facility.
