ORLANDO-NAI Realvest has completed a new lease deal for Suite 1018 in Orlando. Oviedo-based AC/BA LLC has leased space in the Boardwalk Plaza, an 8,312-square-foot property at 3100 Alafaya Trail in Oviedo.
The new tenant is planning to begin a Mediterranean-style cafe towards the end of March. The retail property is presently 83% leased. Kevin O'Connor and Matt Cichocki from NAI Realvest represented both the tenant and the property owner in the lease negotiation.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
