Four Winds Ecclesia Acquires 166 Acres in Lake County

ORLANDO-Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. has completed the sale of 166 acres in Lake County.

ORLANDO-Maury L. Carter & Associates, Inc. has completed the sale of 166 acres in Lake County. Four Winds Ecclesia, Inc. has acquired the land located along CR 455 in Lake County from the Florida-Georgia District of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.

The property was sold for $3,600,000. Daryl M. Carter from Maury L. Carter & Associates handled the deal on behalf of Four Winds Ecclesia. CNL Specialty Real Estate Services' Matt Messier acted as a broker in the transaction.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
