LOS ANGELES-Lee & Associates Principal Mark Larson has been appointed president of Lee & Associates-Investment Services Group, a move that "is the natural next step in our growth," according to ISG chairman Mike Tingus. “We’ve reached critical mass in a very short time," Tingus said of Lee ISG, which launched in October, 2008 with two brokers and has grown to 13 agents.

Larson joined Lee & Associates in January, 2009 as a founding principal of Lee ISG. A 30-year commercial real estate veteran, Larson was previously with CB Richard Ellis, where he designed the business plan for the company's Private Client Group and later at Grubb & Ellis, founding the Private Capital Investment Group.

Lee ISG is designed to enable its commercial real estate investment specialists to work closely with local market specialists in each of the 43 Lee & Associates offices across the country to identify opportunities and execute transactions for its clients. The position of president of Lee ISG has been vacant for several years, but the company says it has now grown large enough to warrant bringing the position back.

Lee & Associates-Investment Services Group provides commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services to public and private investors, investment trusts, high-net-worth individuals and banks and lending institutions throughout Southern California and the nation. It is a member of the Lee & Associates Group of Cos., which operates its 43 offices in California, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, South Carolina, Texas and Wisconsin.
