HOUSTON-PM Realty Group has negotiated a lease renewal deal in Kingwood, Houston.

HOUSTON-PM Realty Group has negotiated a lease renewal deal in Kingwood, Houston. KS Management Services has renewed its lease with Universal Health Realty Income Trust, the landlord, for 20,470 square feet of office space at the Professional Center at Kings Crossing located at 2755 W. Lake Houston Parkway.
