HOUSTON-Sugar Land Physician Partners has bought a 4.2-acre site at 16906 Southwest Freeway located at First Colony Boulevard in Sugar Land from Sugar Land Properties. The company will build a 42,022-square-foot hospital for Sugar Land Surgical Hospital.
The new hospital will be opened in late 2012. The new owner also has plans for a two-story medical office building measuring 30,000 square feet in the site.
