FORT WORTH-Dallas office of Spire Realty Group Inc. has secured $44 million through Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP to fund Two City Place, a 315,225-square-foot office tower in Fort Worth. The tower is part of City Place, a 1.2 million-square-foot twin tower development.

The development is called the Tandy Center. Spire Realty has plans for the acquisition of the City Place development. The five-year loan, which has 5.72% as fixed-rate, was funded through JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A.For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal.
