SEATTLE-Seattle-based Zillow has leased 66,000 square feet at Russell Investments Center, a 42-story, 890,000-square-foot tower in downtown Seattle. The online real property marketplace and database will occupy three full floors in the building.
Zillow currently leases nearly 48,000 square feet at Wells Fargo Center. The new lease represents an expansion for real-estate website. The lease brings the occupancy rate at the Russell Center to nearly 90%.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
