JERSEY CITY, NJ-Onyx Equities and Rockwood Capital have named Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing agent for 30 Montgomery St. here. The 300,000-square-foot office building, located in the city’s waterfront business district, offers units from 900 square feet in its 15 stories.
