PARSIPPANY, NJ-Pinnacle Foods Group LLC has leased 82,552 square feet at 399 Jefferson Rd., a class A office building, so says Jones Lang LaSalle, which represented the tenant. Pinnacle, a leading producer, marketer and distributor of high-quality branded food products, is relocating its headquarters from 1 Bloomfield Ave. in Mountain Lakes, NJ. The facility also will include a test kitchen. The company will begin moving into the new offices in early summer.
“Pinnacle required a location to incorporate its headquarters as well as its research and development space with test kitchens,” says J.C. Giordano, an executive VP of Jones Lang LaSalle. “It was looking for space that me their operational needs and made sense financially and this site is a great fit for the company.”
Owned by Prism Capital Partners LLC, 399 Jefferson Ave. is an 180,000-square-foot, single-story, granite and glass office building. Edwin Cohen and Gene Diaz, principals of Prism Capital Partners, represented their firm in house.
