CHICAGO-The Arboretum of South Barrington, a shopping center spanning 600,000 square feet in Chicago, now faces a foreclosure lawsuit filed by EuroHypo A.G.

EuroHypo filed the lawsuit when the shopping center's owner, a partnership between the California public pension fund CalPERS, equity partners RREEF and local developer Michael Jaffe, failed to repay its $91 million construction loan that was due in October 2010.For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
