FISHERS, IN-An entity of Meritex Enterprises, a privately held realty investment firm based in Minneapolis, has purchased the North by Northeast Business Park, located close to 96th Street and I-69, from Wells Fargo Bank.
The business park located in Fishers, Indiana, comprises three buildings with a total area of 306,408 square feet. The bank had foreclosed the business park. Cassidy Turley brokers represented the bank in the deal.For the full story, go to Indy Star.
