NAPLES, FL-Colliers International has completed the sale of both Gordon River Apartments and River Park Apartments located in Naples. GIGA Apartments, LLC has purchased the River Park Apartments, a 104-unit, nine-building apartment complex located at 330 11th Street, for $2.2 million under a short sale approved by a court-hired receiver.
Lo Exclusive, LLC has acquired Gordon River Apartments for $2.3 million. Gordon River is a 92-unit apartment community comprising 12 two-floor buildings with a total area of 70,369 square feet.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
