Developer Finds New Location for Senior Living Project

WICHITA, KS-Legend Senior Living has changed the location to construct a memory care and assisted living residence.

WICHITA, KS-Legend Senior Living has changed the location to construct a memory care and assisted living residence. The new location is 29th Street North and 119th Street West. Earlier, the company planned to build the facility close to Ridge Road and K-96.

The facility called as Legend Assisted Living & Memory Care residence will feature 15 private suites to memory care and 51 apartments for assisted living. This will be the fourth facility of Legend Senior Living in Wichita.For the full story, go to Wichita Business Journal.
