WASHINGTON, DC-Board of directors of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority has approved the selection of Urban Atlantic Development and Forest City Enterprises Inc. for the development of a mixed-use project. The transit-oriented project will sit on a 39-acre parcel located close to the MARC, Amtak and New Carrollton stations.
