ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of an apartment property in Tampa. A California-based financial institution has sold Welk Arms, a multifamily apartment property consisting of 41 units at 4701 68th St. N. in St. Petersburg, to a limited liability company for $1,050,000.
