NEW YORK CITY-Multi-Cultural Radio Broadcasting, a USAsian-American-owned radio and television group, is moving from 449Broadway to 40 Exchange Place. The broadcaster has leased a studioand office space measuring 31,000 square feet at 40 Exchange Placefor 15 years.
