
NEW YORK CITY-Multi-Cultural Radio Broadcasting, a US Asian-American-owned radio and television group, is moving from 449 Broadway to 40 Exchange Place. The broadcaster has leased a studio and office space measuring 31,000 square feet at 40 Exchange Place for 15 years.
The asking rent for the space was $25 per square foot. Diane Dickinson with Prudential Douglas Elliman represented MRBI, while the ownership was represented by Judah Sutton and Charles Beyda with JUD Leasing Corp.For the full story, go to New York Post.
