DALLAS-Landon Homes, a home builder based in Dallas, has acquired a 506-acre land in Frisco from H. Roger Lawler. The land is situated between Independence Parkway and Coit Road, north of Texas 121.
Landon Homes will construct nearly 1,600 homes on the land and the model homes will be ready in the beginning of 2012. The cost of single-family homes developed by Landon Homes varies from $300,000 to $700,000.
