WASHINGTON, DC-Roti Mediterranean has signed another lease deal in downtown. The fast-casual concept has signed a lease for 2,609 square feet at 1311 F St. NW. The two-floor property is owned by Douglas Development.

Roti Mediterranean will occupy the space that previously housed an outlet of Organic To Go. The new restaurant plans will be opened by fall. Charlie Papadopoulos and Ralph Tapiero from Papadopoulos Properties handled the lease deal.For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
