PALM BEACH, FL-Boca Raton-based Woolbright Development has sold two of its shopping center in Boynton Beach for $20 million. An affiliate of Isram Realty Management in Hallandale Beach has purchased Shops of Boca Grove, an 81,160-square-foot center at 21055 Jog Road, and Riverwalk Plaza, an 119,199-square-foot center at 1601 S. Federal Highway.
An affiliate of Isram Realty paid $10 million each for the two shopping centers. It financed the transaction with an $8.5-million loan from Israel Discount Bank.For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal.
