TAMPA, FL-Colliers International Tampa Bay has announced the sale of an apartment complex in an all-cash transaction. Aspen Square Management has purchased Cielo at Bradenton Apartments, a 299-unit apartment community at 6904 Manatee Avenue West, from Cielo Apartments LLC, an affiliate of Wells Fargo Bank, for $12 million.
Wells Fargo acquired the complex in January for $7 million. Cielo at Bradenton Apartments, constructed in 1974, includes a 306,361-square-foot rentable space.For the full story, go to Tampa Bay Business Journal.
