DALLAS-A photography equipment firm based in Allen is expanding its operation in Dallas. Yanyee International Inc. has leased an industrial and office space measuring 21,865 square feet in the Twin Creeks Business Center, a three-building 180,000-square-foot complex at 1305 N. Watters Road, from Chris Stout.
The company has signed a two-year lease for nearly 9,500 square feet in the development. Susan Singer from Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the deal with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Solutions and Stout.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
