TOWSON, MD-A rare LEED Gold office in this submarket is trading hands for $18.75 million. TA Associates Realty is purchasing 100 West Rd. from LaSalle Investment Management. CB Richard Ellis arranged the sale of the five-story, 121,491-square-foot office.


Bidding was competitive, says CBRE’s Bo Cashman, who along with Jonathan Beard represented the seller in the deal. LaSalle created value by pursuing the certification - a rarity in this part of Maryland - as well as by making capital improvements. “Investors responded favorably to the asset by bidding competitively,” he said in a prepared statement.
