NEW YORK CITY-Three tenants have signed leases at 185 Franklin Street. Black Bear Pictures has inked a lease for two years for 1,400 square feet on the fourth floor; Mielle Boutique has leased the third-floor space for three years; and Luminary Labs has leased the entire fifth-floor space for three years.
Asking rent was around $43 per square foot. Prime Manhattan represented Mielle Boutique, Tungsten Properties represented Luminary Labs, and ABS Partners Real Estate represented the owner in the lease deals.For the full story, go to New York Observer.
