MILWAUKEE-The proprietors of Badger Metal Tech Inc. have acquired Quality Stamping & Tube Corp. and its facility situated in Jackson. The company's president, John Hessler, and vice president, John Hessler, have purchased Quality Stamping's facility measuring 160,000 square feet at N169 W21010 Meadow Lane in Jackson for $4.1 million.
