HOUSTON-Cushman & Wakefield has closed the sale of an industrial building in Houston on behalf of Grizzard Communications, the seller. Grizzard Communications has sold the manufacturing/distribution facility measuring 174,923 square feet at 1002 Texas Parkway in Stafford to Chemplast.
The industrial facility sits on a 12.8-acre land. In the sale, the seller was represented by Jim Foreman and Beau Kaleel of Cushman & Wakefield, while the buyer was represented by Clay Peeples and Bo Pettit of Boyd Commercial.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
