HOUSTON-The first phase of the conversion of a FedEx Freight site into a housing community will be celebrated at the opening of the Avenue Terrace apartments located at 4004 Irvington Blvd. The 144-unit project, developed by Avenue Community Development Corp. in Near Northside, is currently 95% leased.
The apartments in the development range from single to triple bedrooms, with rents ranging between $300 and $1,000 per month. Work on the next phase, containing 95 single-family homes, is in progress.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
