KANSAS CITY, MO-DeBruce Grain Inc. has resolved its breach of contract lawsuit with building owner Briarcliff Development Co. The company filed the lawsuit in 2009. According to Briarcliff Development, as part of the resolution, DeBruce has renewed and expanded its lease by 11,000 square feet in the Briarcliff I, an office building located at 4100 N. Mulberry Drive in Kansas City.
