NEW YORK CITY-Polytechnic Institute of New York University is all set to sign a lease for 9,000 square feet at MetroTech Center in Brooklyn. Forest City Ratner is the owner of the MetroTech Center. At present, the private engineering college has occupied spaces at 5 and 6 MetroTech and at the Wunsch Building located at 311 Bridge Street.
