
IRVINE, CA-Broadcom Corp., a chipmaker, has added two more buildings to its headquarters campus in Irvine in order to expand its research and development and to house its new employees. The two-story buildings, located at University Research Park in Irvine, measure nearly 50,000 square feet each.
The company relocated to an eight-building campus spanning 685,000 square feet at University Research Park, owned by UC Irvine and Irvine Company, in 2007. Currently, the chipmaker occupies 12 buildings in the park.For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
