HOUSTON-CHI Syndicated Holdings has sold 13 single-family lots in Houston. The company has sold four Hamilton Square lots located north of Dickinson Road and west of North Alvin Bypass in Alvin, and nine Painted Meadows lots located north of FM 1764 and west of Interstate 45 South in La Marque.
CHI Syndicated Holdings has sold the single-family lots to a Dallas-based investor. Duane Heckmann with Land Advisors Organization negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller.For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
