ORLANDO-Fountains Owner LLC has sold its apartment complex known as Fountains at Waterford Lakes in east Orlando to Centennial Fountains LLC for $37 million. The 400-unit complex is situated on Lake Underhill Road close to Alafaya Trail. The seller is an affiliate of Bresler & Reiner Inc.
