
DALLAS-An investor based in Dallas has bought a 9-story office building in Highland Park. A partnership formed by Westdale Asset Management has purchased the 3100 Monticello building from a joint venture of PM Realty Group and Connecticut-based Commonfund.
The 180,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1989 and since 2007 the sellers have been holding ownership of the property. Westdale Asset Management obtained $16.9 million in loan from New York-based Cantor Commercial Real Estate Lending LP to finance the purchase.For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News.
