NEW YORK CITY-Fashion Terminal Inc. has inked a lease for 10 years with Foremost Realty for 2,000 square feet at 147 W. 36th St. situated between Seventh Avenue and Broadway. As per the deal, the retailer will occupy the ground-floor space and the 3,500-square-foot basement.
