MIAMI-Jones Lang LaSalle has been inking some impressive leasingand management wins in recent months. Now, the firm is staffing upto handle the new properties.

JLL has appointed Peter Sheridan as senior vice president andNicole Vassilaros as vice president. Based in Fort Lauderdale,Sheridan will specialize in office leasing and help grow thebusiness line in Broward County and Southern Palm Beach County.Vassilaros will be based in downtown Miami.

“We’ve picked up some terrific, significant assignments and needthis talent to help us get the projects leased and or sold asquickly as possible at the best possible return,” Steve Medwin,managing director at Jones Lang LaSalle, tells GlobeSt.com. Medwinjoined JLL about 14 months ago.
