CINCINNATI-Jo-Ann Fabric is planning to open its sixth location in Greater Cincinnati. The retailer has inked a lease for 10 years for more than 23,000 square feet in Colerain Towne Center situated along Interstate 275 in Colerain Township.
The lease was signed for $1.13 million. Renovations for the new store will start in June. Jo-Ann Fabric will occupy the former Office Max space. John Thompson and Chris Nachtrab of The Everest Group represented the owner in the lease deal. For the full story, go to Business Courier.
