EVANSTON, IL-A joint venture between Invesco Real Estate and Atlantic Realty Partners has placed the Reserve at Evanston on the market for sale. The four-building apartment complex comprising 193 units is located at 1930 Ridge Avenue in Evanston. The complex was completed by the joint venture in 2003.
