NEW YORK CITY-Brooks Brothers is opening a new emporium in Flatiron. Retail Brand Alliance, Inc., the parent of Brooks Brothers, has leased 7,100 square feet at 901 Broadway located at East 20th Street.
The average asking rent at the five-story building is $250 per square foot. In the lease negotiation, Frank DiMucci of DiMucci Partners represented the tenant, while Joanne Podell and Matthew Seigel with Cushman & Wakefield represented Karass Broadway LLC, the landlord.For the full story, go to New York Post.
