AUSTIN, TX-Bowman & Brooke has inked an agreement to lease 20,644 square feet of office space at 401 Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas.

In the leasing deal, Derek Lewis of Stream Realty Partners negotiated on behalf of the tenant, while Mark Miller and Andy Smith of Thomas Properties Group negotiated on behalf of the owner.For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal.
