DALLAS-Darling Homes LLC, a homebuilder based in Dallas, has declared its plans to develop villa-style houses in Austin Waters, a master-planned single-family community in Carrollton, Texas. According to Mike Carter, who works as corporate director of marketing at Darling Homes, the homes are marketable as the community is situated close to the George Bush Turnpike, Texas 121 and the Dallas North Tollway.
