SEATTLE-Pine Street Group LLC plans to begin construction of the Sixth & Lenora Apartments, a two-building apartment complex comprising 654 units in Seattle, in May 16, 2011. The $200 million project is slated for opening in 2013 spring. The project will also include an 18,000-sqaure-foot retail space.
