GreenPointe Communities Acquires Amelia Walk

FERNANDINA BEACH, FL-GreenPointe Holdings LLC's community development division, GreenPointe Communities has bought Amelia Walk, a master-planned development spanning 358 acres in Fernandina Beach.

FERNANDINA BEACH, FL-GreenPointe Holdings LLC's community development division, GreenPointe Communities has bought Amelia Walk, a master-planned development spanning 358 acres in Fernandina Beach. The company in collaboration with Paulson & Co. has purchased the distressed property. The property's managing partner will be GreenPointe.

Amelia Walk comprises 675 home sites with about 70 occupied houses and a completed clubhouse. With this acquisition, the GreenPointe portfolio now comprises over 7,000 home sites.For the full story, go to Jacksonville Business Journal.
