KIRKLAND, WA-Kilroy Realty, a REIT based in Los Angeles, has purchased a four-building office complex in Kirkland for $100.2 million. The 276,000-square-foot complex called Plaza at Yarrow Bay is located at Lake Washington Boulevard Northeast and Highway 520. Seattle-based HAL Real Estate Investments was the seller of the office building.
Plaza at Yarrow Bay is 86% occupied at the time of acquisition. The complex features four buildings with a height range from five to three floors.For the full story, go to Seattle Times.
