SAN DIEGO-CB Richard Ellis has closed the sale of an industrial building in San Diego. Marconi Court Business Park has sold the multi-tenant industrial building spanning 29,666 square feet at 2345 Marconi Court in Otay Mesa to a limited liability company, TSE-JW.
The industrial property changed hands for $1.85 million. Nick Psyllos, Paul Komadina and Paul Lafrenz with CB Richard Ellis represented Marconi Court Business Park, while TSE-JW represented itself in the deal.For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
