SOMERSET, NJ- Bergman Real Estate Group and Century 21 Commercial Worden & Green have jointly been named exclusive leasing agent for Tower 270 located at 270 Davidson Avenue in Franklin Township, NJ, the tallest building in Somerset County.

Built in 1987, the entire class A, 230,000-square foot building is vacant and available for lease, with rents starting at $18 per square foot. Other buildings in the county are asking from $14 per square foot to $24.50 per square foot, according to LoopNet. The eight-story building was recently taken over by a private investment group and managed by the ownership’s DeLion Corp.
