NEW YORK CITY-Anne Frank Center USA, a nonprofit organization, has signed a leasing agreement for 2,500 square feet on the ground floor of the office tower located at 100 Church Street close to Ground Zero. SL Green Realty, which bought the tower through a foreclosure auction in 2010, is currently renovating the ground floor of the building for the center.
