ROME-EXITone and Colliers International Italia, both based here, agreed Thursday to provide advisory services for the divestment of a portfolio owned by the Bank of Italy. The properties are valued at $438 million, and total about three million square feet throughout the country.

The properties consist of former bank branches and some residential units, in some of the most prestigious buildings in Italy, the firms said in a statement. A company spokeswoman did not return a query for comment.

The companies signed a three-year contract to promote the portfolio. The heads of investment of Colliers in London, Paris, Madrid, Amsterdam and Frankfurt will form an international strategic committee to support the partnership, “defining the best sale strategies and guaranteeing the necessary visibility cross-borders,” according to the statement.
