TAMPA, FL-PFL Holdings Inc. has inked a deal to lease 2,000 square feet at 5707 W. Waters Avenue in Tampa for three years. Sheridan Plaza LLC is the owner of the building. PFL Holdings intends to launch Twinz Big City, a fast-food restaurant offering New York-style hot dogs, in the location.
